1. Customer must be present at time of scheduled install.  Failure of customer to be home may result in a re-scheduling charge of $50.00.   

2. Customer agrees to provide fully functioning WiFi equipment and active internet service at time of installation.

3. Customer must be present to provide access/login credentials for WiFi, streaming music services (Ex. Pandora) and mobile devices (Ex. iPhone) at time of setup and installation.

4. Special Package includes setup of up to (3) compatible mobile devices to use as controllers for music (mobile devices are owner provided and must be present at time of installation).

5. Special Package includes setup of owner provided TV/Cable TV Remote to control Volume of system when in TV mode.

6. A 10 minute customer orientation on system use is provided at time of setup and installation.

7. A suitable piece of exisiting furniture is required to setup of Soundbar and TV.
